Patterns will not be posted to you in paper format unless it is selected as choice of delivery
Usual delivery will be within 24 hrs of payment clearance via email - and you will receive your pattern in PDF format for you to print out

I do work during the day so please bear with me and most purchases will be emailed
 the same evening payment is received

Due to patterns being of a digital/media nature I apologise but there are no refunds
If emails have gone astray or the patterns have been lost or damaged within the postal system I
will replace the patterns at my discretion
